A skilled negotiator with an extensive business background, Susan Pellegrini began her real estate career in 1984 in Seattle. “After I graduated from the University of Washington, I began working as an interior designer and was frequently asked to recommended furnishings and upgrades that would assist with the sale of a home. The light bulb went on and I decided that along with new finishes and furnishings, I should also sell the actual home,” she recalls with a laugh.
